About the role
- Translate technical capabilities into benefit-driven messaging to drive awareness, adoption, and affinity
- Build and lead go-to-market strategies for new product features and updates
- Craft product positioning and messaging and ensure consistency across website, in-app, campaigns, and enablement materials
- Develop customer segmentation and lead voice-of-customer and competitive insight efforts to inform roadmap and positioning
- Create enablement tools including battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and other sales collateral
- Partner with Marketing Managers on product campaigns, webinars, blogs, and educational content
- Support product adoption through in-app messaging, resources, and videos in collaboration with Product
- Work within the Petcare Vertical Solution to support tools designed for pet services businesses
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align messaging and execution across teams
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally in SMB or vertical SaaS environments
- Strong communicator who excels at simplifying complex ideas into clear, engaging messaging
- Proven go-to-market leader, with end-to-end experience launching products or features
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Skilled at creating sales collateral and product marketing assets
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions
- Deeply customer-centric, with a drive to create meaningful impact through great software
- Experience marketing to small business owners or service-based businesses (nice to have)
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Chameleon, Pendo, or Canny (nice to have)
- A passion for animals or a background in the pet-care industry (nice to have)
