About the role
- Generate qualified sales leads via cold outbound prospecting.
- Run experiments to find creative ways to connect with our ICP.
- Craft creative outbound campaigns that are truly unique and stand out from the clutter.
- Execute outbound prospecting at scale using appropriate tools and AI when applicable.
- Book meetings with qualified leads to support founders and AE.
- Set the pace as a leader amongst the team and help scale.
- Support founders and report directly to a cofounder.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as an BDR/SDR or junior seller at a high-growth marketing technology (martech) startup with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Proficiency and experience using Hubspot and Apollo for prospecting (ideally).
- The willingness and ability to work out of our NYC office 4 days/week (Monday through Thursday - commuter benefits available).
- Strong foundation in best practices of outbound prospecting.
- Deep understanding of tools needed to execute outbound prospecting at scale.
- Unparalleled ability to write strong email copy.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for outbounding a plus.
