About the role

  • Manage and follow up on all inbound leads (webinars, events, campaigns, website inquiries)
  • Support AEs by prospecting into 20+ target accounts, booking qualified meetings
  • Run outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate new opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure timely, thoughtful follow-up on campaign leads
  • Use AI-powered tools (Apollo, Sales Nav, Gong, etc.) to personalize outreach and track performance
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot/CRM and provide insights to improve lead generation strategy

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related role (SaaS or startup experience a plus)
  • Comfortable handling inbound lead flow while also driving proactive outbound prospecting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—you know how to grab attention and build rapport
  • Familiarity with sales tech stack tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Nav, Gong, n8n, etc.)
  • Organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
