Technical Program Manager

• Lead complex, multi-month customer integration projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Build and maintain detailed program plans with milestones, dependencies, owners, and risk registers.
• Run regular cadences (standups, steering committees, status reviews) with both internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Drive accountability across engineering, field, product, and customer teams to keep projects on track.
• Work closely with Field Engineering and Solutions Architects to scope integration requirements and technical work-streams.
• Partner with Core Engineering to align on API readiness, feature dependencies, and release timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on customer expectations, escalations, and go-live readiness.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans proactively.
