About the role
- Generate sales leads in support of the achievement of sales objectives.
- Cold calling new potential prospective clients, prospect leads gone cold, or web leads.
- Provide prospective customers/clients with basic information of services offered.
- Schedule first calls for Managing Directors.
- Monitor the sales lead process for the team and ensure leads are tracked and executed in Salesforce CRM.
- Conduct outreach to prospects and coordinate meetings with Sales Team through various channels.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications required, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with CRM and/or other data management systems.
- Excellent verbal communication and strong writing skills.
- Demonstrates professionalism in communications including over telephone.
- Possess proven researching abilities.
