- We are fully remote, with most of the team spread across the US, with presence in NYC and SF.
- Lead marketing efforts; work with the CEO to shape and execute the company’s growth and marketing initiatives.
- Build and scale a repeatable marketing engine that increases revenue and pipeline; refine ICP, positioning, messaging, conversions, growth channels.

Requirements
- Experience designing and leading growth marketing across GTM strategy, ICP definition, positioning, and multi-channel campaigns
- Strong analytics and ability to measure ROI of campaigns
- Hands-on ability to write copy, build landing pages, set up automations
- Familiarity with tools like Clay, n8n, Apollo or equivalents
- Excellent communicator and able to work with executive leadership
- Startup environment adaptability and urgency
