Business Operations

• Acts as the key point of contact for the department to support the many and varied initiatives they may participate in

Client Services Representative

• Prepare correspondence, reports, and coordinate special projects

• This position is responsible for the timely and effective sourcing and pre-qualifying of FR candidates for key field regions/markets.

• Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to provide background on Thrivent and prequalify candidates for basic requirements and interest.

• Accountable for the mutual fund financial reporting function which includes the production and review of shareholder reports and related regulatory filings for the Thrivent funds
• Lead financial reporting team to ensure initiatives are executed appropriately, that information is shared effectively, and best practices are implemented
• Work closely with internal and external business partners on financial reporting matters and projects including board reporting
• Responsible for the accuracy of financial reporting and development and maintenance of internal controls
