- Focus on National Practice advisor for transformational growth
- Accountable for team development, leadership, client experience, and balanced revenue growth
- Provide one-on-one coaching and team execution on advanced teaming business models
- Develop, foster, and implement a culture of learning and development
- Direct matrixed team of resources
- Drive capacity and productivity growth by launching new advisors into teams
- Facilitate small and large group discussions, training sessions, and workshops

Requirements
- College Degree in business, management, or related business field or equivalent
- 15+ years leading in financial services or related industry at a senior operating level
- Deep foundational practice management background, advanced teaming structure and coaching experience
- Results oriented; coaches others to success and drives towards goals
- Credible expert in building and growing successful team practices
- Experience in leading, coaching and partnering with others
- Strategic enterprise-level leadership skills
- Experience with effectively leading through change
- Knowledge of advice, insurance products, asset/wealth management, fee-based planning, mutual funds and securities
- Advanced designation, such as the CFP, CLF, ChFC or CLU
- Ability to travel as needed
- FINRA Series 7, 63 & 65 or 66 required or obtained within 90 days of hire
- State insurance licensed and appointed for life, health, accident and variable products in all states in which FAs transact business or attained within 90 days of hire.
