About the role
- Provides general technical and operational support for functions related to the bank’s consumer loan processing and servicing operations
- Ensure loan servicing activities are performed accurately and in compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Create and review consumer loan closing packages
- Complete loan maintenance items within various systems
- Accurately enter new loan data
- Meet quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced loan production environment
- Responsible for accurate disbursements of loan proceeds
- Accountable for responding to verbal and written inquiries
- Process payoffs, loan payments, and returned loan payments
- Review various scheduled reports for exceptions and errors
- Model Thrivent’s leadership competencies

Requirements
- High School/equivalent or an associate degree preferred
- One year banking operations experience required with customer service experience preferred
- One year customer service experience required with banking operations experience preferred
- Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and customer-service skills
- Demonstrate excellent problem resolution skills (preferred)
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bank operations platform experience preferred
- Ability to work accurately, both independently and as part of a team, with interruptions to meet deadlines
