Human Resources

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from US-based employees.
• Support employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
• Partner with HRBP to ensure compliance with US labor laws and company policies.
• Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.
• Help manage PTO tracking, benefits inquiries, policies and employee engagement initiatives.
• Champion company culture by driving alignment, employee satisfaction, and engagement.
• Lead activities that strengthen workplace spirit, including team-building, recognition, and local employee events.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees, ensuring open communication and a positive employee experience.
• Oversee day-to-day office and facilities operations, including administrative support, supplies, vendors, and general maintenance.
• Manage calendars and scheduling for C-level executives.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transportation, etc.).
• Handle purchasing: open requisitions, communicate with suppliers, issue and send purchase orders, and follow up.
• Collect supplier invoices, verify accuracy and approvals, and coordinate with the HQ finance team to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain confidentiality around projects, correspondence, and sensitive company information.

HR Operations Manager

Backend Engineer

• Lead hands-on development of complex features and components from concept to deployment
• Drive technical excellence: own architecture decisions, code quality, and development standards
• Serve as the go-to technical expert and problem solver for the team
• Mentor and coach engineers, supporting their growth and fostering knowledge sharing
• Investigate and adopt new technologies, driving innovation into the product
• Take ownership across the full development lifecycle: design, coding, testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting
• Design for scalability, sustainability, and high performance in production-grade environments

Backend Tech Lead

Account Manager

• Part of Global Alliances team focused on managing and growing partnerships with GSIs, RSIs, Microsoft, and ISVs.
• Own and grow relationships with key partners (GSIs, the Big 4, RSIs, Microsoft, ISVs) to drive joint pipeline development and meet revenue objectives.
• Lead execution of joint go-to-market strategies and coordinate account mapping and partner enablement efforts.
• Identify and activate new regional partners to accelerate ThetaRay’s growth in priority markets.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to align partnership strategy with business objectives.
• Own and maintain partner account plans and pipeline updates in Microsoft’s Partner Center; track partner performance in Salesforce.
• Manage pipeline reporting and own partner contribution to revenue targets in collaboration with the sales team.
• Represent ThetaRay in partner QBRs, ecosystem events, and industry conferences.

Partnership Manager

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the COO, R&D and Product organization, providing strategic HR guidance
• Partner with leaders at all levels to design and implement organizational HR processes that drive performance, growth, and scalability
• Lead initiatives in talent management, including identification, development, and retention of key talent
• Drive culture and values programs into the business units to ensure alignment across global teams
• Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and strong employee engagement
• Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to shape workforce strategies and measure impact
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across Israel, Europe, and the US
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
• Collaborate with HRBP and HR team globally to ensure consistent standards and practices while adapting to local needs

Lead HR Business Partner

Consultant

• Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and tailor solution presentations accordingly
• Deliver high-impact technical product demonstrations that highlight the value and differentiators of ThetaRay’s solutions
• Own and drive customer RFI and RFP responses and ensure clear, compelling messaging
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customer-specific segmentation story demos
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, addressing technical objections and ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Work closely with Product and R&D teams to provide market feedback and contribute to product roadmap decisions
• Support Proof-of-Concept (PoC) engagements, guiding clients through evaluation and implementation strategies
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, helping to drive engagement and confidence in ThetaRay’s technology
• Represent ThetaRay at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings as a subject matter expert
