A day in the Life: Enables and trains newly hired commercial personnel for assigned business unit.\n
Leads and handles the development that can include, but are not limited to, key messaging, territory planning, internal systems, process information, and selling skills.\n
Develops with other team members commercial sales training strategy, programs and meetings including commercial new hire and our global commercial meeting\n
Partner with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations and all departments who work with commercial\n
Keys to Success: Self-starter and get up and running fast.\n

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification\n
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 7+ years)\n
Digital literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office, virtual training delivery platforms, and various learning design and development software\n
Experienced in developing and delivering enablement and training on services, and solutions in a collaborative and cross-functional global environment, with an understanding of the user perspective\n
Proficient in using oral presentation and written communication skills to inform and influence strategic decisions and outcomes\n
Close attention to detail to deliver high quality work within project timelines\n
