About the role

  • A day in the Life: Enables and trains newly hired commercial personnel for assigned business unit.\n
  • Leads and handles the development that can include, but are not limited to, key messaging, territory planning, internal systems, process information, and selling skills.\n
  • Develops with other team members commercial sales training strategy, programs and meetings including commercial new hire and our global commercial meeting\n
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations and all departments who work with commercial\n
  • Keys to Success: Self-starter and get up and running fast.\n
  • Approaches role with flexibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification\n
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 7+ years)\n
  • Digital literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office, virtual training delivery platforms, and various learning design and development software\n
  • Experienced in developing and delivering enablement and training on services, and solutions in a collaborative and cross-functional global environment, with an understanding of the user perspective\n
  • Proficient in using oral presentation and written communication skills to inform and influence strategic decisions and outcomes\n
  • Close attention to detail to deliver high quality work within project timelines\n
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure
