Senior Director, Custom Programs, Business Development

Program Manager

• Collaborate with program managers and program directors to organize program materials, create program websites, and provide support for onsite and virtual executive education programs, as assigned.
• Respond to learner requests in advance of program and throughout program week.
• Ongoing communication with program team to ensure accurate and timely learner communications.
• Input critical program details into various Exec Ed systems – Ben Buys, Enlight, Wharton Direct, Canvas, and other platforms as required to ensure seamless program experience.
• Create notebooks and e-notebooks, group surveys, and POs for program giveaways.
• Arrange transportation for offsite groups and special events.
• Review classroom setups to ensure all required standard and special-order items are in place to support the program.
• Review break-out rooms and case studies to ensure they are set up for learners.
• Create group lists for break-out activities.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Assistant Program Manager

• Maintain a top-tier portfolio of approximately 150 donors and prospects
• Develop strategies for and conduct identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship visits
• Meet mutually agreed-upon annual goals for core role responsibilities
• Ensure pertinent prospect information and contacts are accurately recorded in the institutional database
• Collaborate with fundraisers across the department and University on overall relationship-building
• Coordinate cultivation events and programs hosted by the School or assigned prospects

International Regional Director

Social Media Manager

• Lead social media strategy and content planning across Wharton Executive Education and Wharton Online organic channels, including development of an integrated editorial calendar aligned to portfolio priorities (brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation).
• Manage organic social plans, themes/series, and key moments; guide content briefs and priorities; and optimize distribution across owned channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
• Build and maintain strong, highly collaborative relationships with Wharton School MarComm team to share and cross-promote overarching school content.
• Collaborate with MarComm to develop content and ensure alignment with brand standards, best practices, and amplification opportunities.
• Facilitate similarly collaborative relationships with WEE colleagues across internal teams as well as faculty to craft a dynamic, elevated content strategy that illustrates the unique experience of the Wharton Executive Education participant and positions Wharton faculty as thought leaders in their respective fields.
• Own day-to-day channel execution across Wharton Executive Education and Wharton Online organic social accounts, including publishing, optimization, and real-time/post-program coverage of classroom experience, events, and announcements.
• Create social-first content and coordinate timely repurposing of approved assets for social distribution.
• Lead community management efforts, including daily monitoring of and engagement with relevant conversation.
• Explore new methods of deepening community engagement among Exec Education LinkedIn Groups for past participants and alumni (where applicable).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance against internal goals, competitors, and industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Director to implement editorial changes based on measurement insights.
• Develop reports, including key insights and recommended actions, for Team and Leadership to summarize key social media activity and special events.
• Lead social media listening efforts; identify, elevate, and react to spikes in conversation from a client relations, customer service, and/or media relations standpoint.

• Lead planning and execution of social media initiatives for Knowledge at Wharton and related channels
• Translate and promote Wharton faculty research/thought leadership through digestible social media content, working hand-in-hand with web, content, and creative teams
• Handle day-to-day management of Knowledge at Wharton's social media channels, including content ideation, development, and publishing
• Lead community management efforts to engage with audiences in real-time
• Contribute to how Wharton highlights faculty research at a school level, managing special content projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external staff to identify research storytelling opportunities on owned and earned channels
• Collaborate with MarComm colleagues to assess existing faculty research and help determine content development and distribution plans
• Work with Content team to plan Knowledge at Wharton editorial calendar and Media Relations team to promote faculty insights tied to current events
• Oversee social media support Wharton research pillars as part of MarComm's faculty working group
• Support faculty with establishing and/or developing their personal social media presences
• Own social media analytics and reporting related to research and insights promotion
