About the role

  • Work directly with the sales team, agency partners, and brand partners to understand measurement needs and challenges
  • Manage data partners and vendors to execute both upper and lower funnel measurement solutions for advertising sales clients
  • Design and create measurement strategy and approach; lead consultation conversations with clients
  • Present and explain new concepts to internal and external clients
  • Collaborate with senior manager, external data providers and internal teams to design research attributing consumer sentiment or behavior to exposure to ads on Disney properties (including: Hulu, ABC, Freeform, ESPN, Disney Channel, etc.)
  • Create vision, develop and market case studies demonstrating Disney’s measurement capabilities
  • Build reports for sellers to utilize with clients to help inform deals
  • Position Disney as a thought leader by scoping custom analyses aligned with Disney data strategy
  • Lead a group of analysts and support them in the execution of custom research studies
  • Educate Disney Advertising Sales teams on full funnel measurement solutions, methodology overview, navigating vendor dashboards and analyzing results

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Experience in digital, digital video/TV, or media-focused data businesses
  • BA/BS is communications, data analytics, social sciences or related field required
  • Experience with, and a strong understanding of methodology, data and systems for matching data sets to demonstrate performance-based response to advertising
  • Strong knowledge of brand effectiveness and attribution/ROI control/exposed methodologies including 1st and 3rd party data matching, website conversion, market-match tests, hold-outs, etc.
  • Experience in measurement theory and research design
  • Must have a comprehensive understanding of the media business
  • Must have excellent presentation and writing skills
  • Experience with attribution/ROI, brand lift vendors or data providers is a plus
  • SQL experience is a plus
  • Must be a team player with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external clients
