About the role
- Lead a team of professionals to develop, execute, and measure NFL activation programs
- Develop client solutions and present to senior client leaders
- Establish high-level relationships with client leaders and grow revenue through cross-selling
- Collaborate with sanctioning bodies and rightsholders to develop marketing partnerships
- Write and develop POV and client-ready documents
- Negotiate with local and national rightsholders securing win-win agreements
- Contribute to agency new business activities including brainstorming and presentation delivery
- Report into the VP, Sponsorship consulting
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working in the sponsorship industry and on high-profile sponsorship programs (NFL, NASCAR, NBA, MLB, NCAA, F1)
- 5+ years of NFL experience working across brand partnerships in the football space (NFL, flag football or college football)
- Knowledge of how brands are activating and collaborating in the NFL sports space, trends in sports and how players/teams/leagues are using social media channels to promote and collaborate
- Experience with the full marketing mix, social media, content marketing, influencer approaches, and marketing promotions
- Craft and present high-level sponsorship concepts to senior client leaders
- BA/BS in Marketing related field
- Ability to lead a team and inspire best-in-class work
- Willingness to travel ~25%
