About the role
- Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with EverPass Media’s overall business objectives.
- Lead the creation and execution of a product roadmap that delivers high-impact features and improvements, prioritizing initiatives that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to ensure our product offerings are ahead of the curve.
- Partner with engineering, design, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless product development, from concept to launch.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to align teams on product goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Serve as a key point of contact for executive leadership, providing regular updates on product performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Engage with customers, gather insights, and translate their needs into actionable product requirements that enhance user experience.
- Leverage data analytics, customer feedback, and market research to identify new product opportunities and refine existing features.
- Drive the adoption of a customer-centric approach within the product team to ensure that every decision made has the end-user in mind.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery of new features and products.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage the product release process, ensuring smooth communication, training, and adoption for both internal teams and external customers.
- While this role does not require immediate leadership responsibilities, there will be opportunities to take on a leadership role in the future as the team grows and you develop within the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and other team members, contributing to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Play an active role in helping shape best practices in product management, including user research, data analysis, backlog prioritization, and agile development practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading product teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Deep understanding of product management best practices, including agile methodologies, user research, and data analysis.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing product team.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with analytics and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with the in-venue engagement or media/entertainment industry is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Spanish is a nice to have.
- Experience in a distributed team environment across multiple time zones is a nice to have.
