About the role
- Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
- Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Remote Call Center Representative working from home to provide customer support for a BPO serving North American clients.
- Work is largely sedentary with computer and headset use; occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening (Does not apply in Canada).
