About the role

  • Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
  • Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Remote Call Center Representative working from home to provide customer support for a BPO serving North American clients.
  • Work is largely sedentary with computer and headset use; occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
  • Must be willing to submit to drug screening (Does not apply in Canada).
