About the role
- Make inbound and outbound calls to inform potentially affected facilities
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
- Adhere to provided scripts and communication protocols
- Enter and manage data in the provided database
- Perform general administrative duties
- Conduct research to plan travel for the implementation of corrective actions in the event of recalls
- Maintain a polite and professional phone manner
- Apply knowledge and skills to successfully perform assigned duties
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience required
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce is an asset but not required
- Working knowledge of the medical/hospital environment is an asset but not required
- Experience handling difficult or dissatisfied customers required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word
- Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
