About the role

  • Generate, manage, and publish efficient schedules based on staffing requirements for multiple lines of business
  • Create and maintain schedules for both clinical and non-clinical teams located in the U.S. and Canada
  • Coordinate with various departments, Clinical Directors, planning and recruitment teams on staffing levels and schedule development
  • Review and process time-off requests based on employee accruals and company guidelines
  • Coordinate and update payroll manager on schedule changes that affect payroll
  • Process schedule-related changes such as shift changes, shift-swaps, shift give aways and generate daily break boards
  • Track staff availability, scheduling changes, and sick calls
  • Monitor schedule efficiency, analyze KPI reports, and implement improvements
  • Perform ad hoc project work relating to headcount, staffing, or resource management

Requirements

  • Prior scheduling experience in a contact center or healthcare environment would be an asset
  • Knowledge of workforce management KPIs, real-time monitoring and scheduling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, prioritization and time-management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Basic to intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multi-task and manage high volumes of requests and competing priorities
  • Self-starter and highly motivated with a very strong work ethic
  • Degree or diploma in business, office administration or related field preferred
  • Must be able to produce a clear background check
  • Legally able to work in Canada (application question prompts work eligibility)
