• Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery and taking/defending depositions

• Manage the full recruiting life cycle from intake through offer acceptance for nursing, physician, and allied health roles
• Partner closely with healthcare organizations to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities
• Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, digital campaigns, and networking
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, cultural fit, and credentialing requirements
• Prepare and present candidate submissions to clients in a polished and professional manner
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiations between candidates and clients
• Maintain accurate candidate and client data in ATS systems
• Provide market insights, recruitment strategies, and talent pipeline updates to clients
• Meet and exceed recruiting KPIs and placement targets
