- The Normal Brand retail brick-and-mortar store in Des Moines; maintain a clean, enjoyable, and fun environment

- Get to know your customer to suggestive sell to their lifestyle
- Replenish sales floor as needed
- Maintain a clean store and merchandise to Normal standards

Requirements
- 1+ years of retail experience
- Fashion/apparel industry experience
- Passion for making people happy
- Proficiency with Shopify and Shopify POS
- Strong Integrity
- Excellent fashion sense
- Self Awareness
- Humble, Hungry, and Smart
- Must be available to work Black Friday ( 11/28/25 ) weekend and leading into the holiday season through December
- Eager to learn through feedback and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
