About the role

Deliver a best-in-class brand experience to guests by sharing technical product knowledge and supporting problem solving
Build and maintain strong product understanding and incorporate into guest interactions
Act as a brand ambassador in-store and within the community
Develop personal and professional passions with team support
Support store leadership with projects and brand initiatives to elevate guest experience
Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales
Maintain collaborative relationships with team and store leadership
Perform store tasks: answer phones, respond to emails/voicemails, and occasionally manage Epicenter social channels
Utilize POS system to accurately process guest transactions, warranties, used gear trade-ins, purchases, and returns
Receive and unpack inventory boxes (5–30 lbs)
Participate in and support various store duties as assigned by leadership

Bilingual: English and Mandarin
Passion for outdoor activities and product-obsession for Arc’teryx gear
Exceptional customer service and brand ambassador skills
Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset with adaptability
Availability for Black Friday and the holiday season (second week of December until end of holiday season)
Availability for a minimum of one open, one close, and one weekend shift each week
Ability to work variable schedules; Full Time (30-40 hours/week) or Part Time (10-30 hours/week)
Ability to answer store phones, respond to voicemails and store emails, and occasionally respond on social channels
Proficiency using Point-of-Sale systems to process transactions, warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, purchases, and returns
Ability to receive and unpack inventory boxes weighing 5–30 lbs
Flexibility to perform additional store tasks and projects as assigned by leadership
