• Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership – Lead the development and execution of end-to-end GTM strategies and product launches, shaping positioning, messaging, and content to drive engagement and adoption across new and existing audiences.
• Market & Competitor Insights – Turn market research and competitor analysis into actionable insights that uncover opportunities, refine customer personas, and guide business and product decisions.
• Product Influence & Collaboration – Act as the voice of the customer, embedding market and customer insights into product development and ensuring strong alignment between marketing, product, and business teams.
• Campaigns & Partnerships – Deliver impactful B2C marketing and partnership campaigns that amplify reach, drive uptake, and create joint value through strategic collaboration.
• Performance Tracking & Enablement – Measure success through clear marketing KPIs and equip teams with high-quality enablement resources to support effective execution and continuous improvement.

Account Manager

• You will be responsible for managing Goodlord’s accounts and driving growth through strategic upselling and retention initiatives.
• Focus on customer retention and growth, working closely with customers to understand how we can improve key products and up-selling additional products and features.
• Managing both direct customer relationships with your own accounts, and working with a pool of shared customers but still maximising the opportunity they provide us.
• Using data to communicate and educate our customers, through account reviews and other contact points that ultimately tie into our and their wider sales strategies.
• Collate and provide clear and consistent customer feedback internally, to support our business strategy in improving customer experience

• Develop and execute a comprehensive account management strategy aligned with the company’s Revenue and EBITDA targets.
• Lead and support a team of 15 Account Managers across our Sheffield and London offices.
• Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional value.
• Lead the adoption of innovative digital tools and technologies to enhance account management processes.
• Oversee, as a key stakeholder, the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of our CRM systems.

• Lincoln - 3 days per week in our Lincoln city centre office & 2 days per week remote (or office if you prefer!)
• Build and grow a high-performing Referencing team - from structure to delivery
• Lead, develop and coach Team Leaders and Referencing Executives (some remote!)
• Collaborate closely with our Insurance Sales and Insurance Claims teams to reduce risk and add value
• Act as a key escalation point and trusted partner across the business
• Lead and scale the Referencing operation in Lincoln
