• Working directly with teams across the entire business to identify manual inefficiencies and rescue them from repetitive, low-leverage work.
• Operate at the intersection of operations and engineering, combining low-code platforms with custom code to build robust automation internal ecosystems.
• Actively integrate LLMs and AI via APIs directly into our daily workflows to create smarter, more intuitive automation solutions.
• Own the process end-to-end, from scoping workflows with non-technical stakeholders to building, monitoring, and maintaining the pipeline.
