About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Working directly with teams across the entire business to identify manual inefficiencies and rescue them from repetitive, low-leverage work.
Operate at the intersection of operations and engineering, combining low-code platforms with custom code to build robust automation internal ecosystems.
Actively integrate LLMs and AI via APIs directly into our daily workflows to create smarter, more intuitive automation solutions.
Own the process end-to-end, from scoping workflows with non-technical stakeholders to building, monitoring, and maintaining the pipeline.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You must have strong, hand-written programming skills in programming/ scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript with the ability to read, debug, and rewrite code from scratch.
You have proven experience designing, building, and deploying workflows utilising low-code/no-code platforms like Zapier or n8n.
You possess practical experience connecting business systems using REST APIs and integrating AI models into production-ready solutions.
You can communicate comfortably with non-technical colleagues, mapping their business problems into structured, logical workflows.
