About the role
- Manage portfolio of high-value accounts (>100k ARR) for The HOTH and sister brands
- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers in mid-market and enterprise companies
- Deliver presentations and demos, qualify leads, collaborate with Sales leadership
- Mentor and lead Account Directors; develop client relationships; upsell opportunities
- Work with CX team to ensure client success and retention; track account health metrics
- Update CRM with client notes, activities, and wins
- Ensure growth opportunities through upselling/cross-selling and new services
- 60% account management; 30% growth opportunities; 10% collaboration and reporting
Requirements
- 6+ years in account management, client success, or sales (SEO/digital marketing/media experience is a plus)
- Proven success in keeping high-value clients happy and growing their accounts
- Relationship-builder who can earn trust and communicate clearly
- Knows enough about SEO/digital marketing to talk strategy confidently (or can learn quickly)
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple high-value clients at once
- Comfortable working toward retention and growth goals — and motivated by a variable comp plan
