  • Implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings for B&G websites\n
  • Optimize site structure, metadata, headings, and content for search visibility\n
  • Optimize on-page SEO by improving meta tags, headings, content, and internal linking for better visibility and ranking\n
  • Responsible for managing SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on search networks and to enhance domain authority\n
  • Perform regular SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that impact site performance, such as site speed, mobile optimization, and crawl errors\n
  • Generate and present regular SEO reports with actionable insights and recommendations to improve outcomes and ROI\n
  • Monitor, track, and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Bright Local, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console\n
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for content optimization\n
  • Stay current with SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure strategies are in line with industry best practices\n
  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to outperform competitors in search rankings\n
  • Optimize content marketing efforts by aligning content with SEO strategies and ensuring it is optimized for target keywords and search intent\n
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across key retailer platforms\n
  • Manage budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize ROAS\n
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate regular reports, and recommend campaign changes for optimization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred\n
  • Experience with consumer-packaged goods preferred\n
  • 3 years+ of experience in Digital Merchandising within eCommerce preferred\n
  • Strong SEO acumen and proficient in Excel\n
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while handling many projects at once\n
  • Proactive problem-solver who can identify and address root cause\n
  • Manage tasks, hit deadlines, and communicate results with clarity\n
  • Persuasive written and oral communicator\n
  • Organized, detail oriented, and results focused\n
  • Adaptable to change and self-motivated with an enthusiasm for learning, collaborative & team-oriented, comfortable with working across multiple functions
