• Drive sales in a direct selling and/or broker capacity through fact-based selling and form productive customer relationships for medium/large accounts
• Conduct direct selling functions at the retailer/distributor/wholesaler HQ level to drive company sales
• Manage assigned brokers to execute company initiatives that deliver desired results
• Ensure broker resources are suitable to deliver company objectives and conduct consistent broker reviews that provide areas of strength and constructive feedback
• Coordinate and attend all key account meetings and reviews in the company’s interest
• Maintain corporate-mandated profit contribution levels through effective management of assigned spending budgets
• Utilize syndicated data to identify opportunities and provide management with post-analysis results
• Interface with Marketing and Sales Management to identify opportunities and develop regional initiatives
• Travel nationally 25-50% as required

Regional Sales Manager

• Responsible for selling products directly to retailers, end-users, or distributors within assigned geographic territory, industry, or account.
• Maintain corporate-mandated profit contribution levels through effective management of assigned spending budgets.
• Effectively utilize syndicated data to identify opportunities and provide management with post-analysis results.
• Must manage trade spending budget and deliver financial sales responsibility driven by the senior leadership team.
• Evaluate current and competitive product pricing, promotions, and sales strategies for potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Inventory Analysts and corporate teams on production forecasting of assigned brands.
• Develop recommendations for displays and other promotional activities to effectively optimize sales growth, using available POS, syndicated, and consumer insights data
• Guide the retail broker team in determining monthly objectives and assist directly in the overall management of the broker team.

Customer Sales Manager

• Responsible for managing SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on search networks and to enhance domain authority
• Perform regular SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that impact site performance, such as site speed, mobile optimization, and crawl errors
• Generate and present regular SEO reports with actionable insights and recommendations to improve outcomes and ROI
• Monitor, track, and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Bright Local, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for content optimization
• Stay current with SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure strategies are in line with industry best practices
• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to outperform competitors in search rankings
• Optimize content marketing efforts by aligning content with SEO strategies and ensuring it is optimized for target keywords and search intent
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across key retailer platforms
• Manage budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize ROAS
• Monitor campaign performance, generate regular reports, and recommend campaign changes for optimization
