About the role
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospects across targeted industries (finance, telecom, technology)
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract signing including demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Build trusted relationships with C-level leaders, CX heads, support managers, and IT stakeholders
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate Deepdesk’s AI solutions to technical and business audiences
- Partner with marketing, product, and implementation teams to align messaging, onboarding, and account growth
- Maintain CRM accuracy, track KPIs, and deliver reliable sales forecasts
- Share market feedback and customer insights to shape product development and go-to-market strategies
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS sales (preferably in CX tech, AI, contact centre solutions, or automation)
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience closing $50K–$250K+ ARR deals
- Ability to explain AI and SaaS capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and enterprise integrations
- Willingness to travel across Europe for client meetings and events
- Experience engaging with C-level leaders, CX heads, support managers, and IT stakeholders
