About the role

  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospects across targeted industries (finance, telecom, technology)
  • Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract signing including demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level leaders, CX heads, support managers, and IT stakeholders
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate Deepdesk’s AI solutions to technical and business audiences
  • Partner with marketing, product, and implementation teams to align messaging, onboarding, and account growth
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, track KPIs, and deliver reliable sales forecasts
  • Share market feedback and customer insights to shape product development and go-to-market strategies

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS sales (preferably in CX tech, AI, contact centre solutions, or automation)
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience closing $50K–$250K+ ARR deals
  • Ability to explain AI and SaaS capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and enterprise integrations
  • Willingness to travel across Europe for client meetings and events
  • Experience engaging with C-level leaders, CX heads, support managers, and IT stakeholders
