Pre-sales Engineer

• Identify and design solutions to meet clients' technical requirements
• Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout all stages of the presales process
• Conduct pre-sales product demonstrations showcasing our dialogue software capabilities
• Evaluate and deliver proof of concepts for both prospective and existing customers
• Support RFP and tender responses with technical expertise and documentation
• Create and deliver compelling technical and product presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to qualify opportunities and progress deals
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance presales processes and team efficiency
• Maintain and improve technical documentation and knowledge resources
• Support the Professional Services team by providing clear technical requirements for solution implementation
