Consultant

• Answers inbound phone calls from customers, quickly assesses customer needs and proactively provides solutions with a high degree of accuracy.

• Drives customer loyalty by providing, excellent service, accurate product and service knowledge to customers and looks for ways to reduce customer effort in ordering, shipping, order inquiry and return/refund experiences.
• Keeps customers informed on the status of their order, reconciles errors in a cost effective manner, resolves post-order issues such as returns and follows up to ensure all customer needs are fulfilled.
• Where needed, acts as liaison between customer and manufacturer, as well as between customer and freight carrier.

Sales Manager

• A Home Depot Installation Services (HDIS) Sales Consultant is responsible for selling the Company's exterior and interior product and services to customers.
• The Sales Consultant's primary responsibility is outside sales visits to customer homes and trade shows.
• Sales Consultants will travel to customer's homes to make sales calls, assess customer needs, make individually-tailored product recommendations, develop and negotiate customized price quotes, present warranty information and financial options that meet the customer's needs and maintain/drive profitability.
• The Sales Consultant will also complete required sales contracts and paperwork, and take measurements using industry standard methods to ensure orders meet required installation specifications.
• The Sales Consultant is responsible for proactively soliciting and acquiring new customers inside assigned THD stores and during industry events (such as Home Shows).

Staff AI Software Engineer, Supply Chain

Payroll

• Lead team responsible for tax funding, tax reconciliation, review and analysis of tax notices, tax form processing, tax form corrections, tax return filings, and tax return amendments.
• Maintain current knowledge of tax regulatory changes.
• Work closely with Legal and Accounting to determine the impact of changes as well as ensure all payroll systems reflect any changes.
• Develop a working relationship with external tax processors to accurately and efficiently file and fund payroll taxes for federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
• Monitor performance of staff members. Delegate tasks and organize work for direct reports.
• Lead special projects relating to regulatory changes, improving processes and/or reducing costs.
