Requirements

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
IT Fundamentals – A working foundational knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure components, including basic networking, servers, databases, storage, and fundamental cloud concepts (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Security Awareness – General awareness of modern cybersecurity principles, basic risk management, and common threats that cause IT outages.
Data Organization – Proven ability to gather, organize, and analyze technical or business data from multiple sources to support reporting or decision making.
Project Coordination – Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to track items, manage meeting schedules, and support logistics of workshops, interviews, and testing events.
Effective Communication - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate basic technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Continuity Concepts – A basic understanding of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, including what a Business Impact Analysis is, and understanding of metrics like RTO and RPO.
