About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, validate, and manage enterprise-level selection and development assessments
- Conduct job, skill, and competency analyses and apply advanced statistical methods to deliver modern, engaging, and business-aligned solutions
- Provide guidance and support to team members, contribute expertise to shared projects, and help connect resources to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Plan and manage assessment programs and project timelines, oversee vendor relationships, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful delivery
- Partner with business and HR leaders to shape talent initiatives and assessment priorities
- Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations that support informed decisions and measurable business outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR partners, providing guidance on selection, assessment, measurement, evaluation, leadership, change management, and metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Applied Psychology or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years’ work experience in the areas of selection and assessment, organizational development, and change management (preferred)
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a master's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job (minimum)
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a doctoral program in a field related to the job (preferred)
- No previous leadership experience (minimum and preferred)
