About the role

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously; Strategic partner to align solutions to customers expectations
  • Communicate to various levels of business partners; Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, colleagues, developers and others to deliver high quality solutions;
  • Partner cross-functionally to define assess, communicate, implement, train and change management of projects;
  • Lead, mentor and provide guidance to team members and partners;
  • Serve as SME and perform research/analysis within assigned projects

Requirements

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • DR Architecture Proficiency – Strong working knowledge of modern, highly available IT architectures, including multi-cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS), active/active-passive deployments, microservices, general networking, and how these impact RTO and RPO.
  • Cyber Fundamentals – Solid understanding of modern cybersecurity threats and how disaster recovery acts as an ultimate safety net for cyber incident response.
  • Cross - Functional Influence – Demonstrated ability to lead, consult, and influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Program Governance – Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-wide DR policies, tiering frameworks, standards, and compliance reporting.
  • Executive Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical recovery concepts and risk scenarios into clear, business aligned language for senior leadership.
  • BIA and Risk Assessment - Hands on experience leading and executing comprehensive Business Impact Analysis and technology risk assessments, mapping complex application dependencies.
  • DR Testing - Experience planning, facilitating, and managing the lifecycle of DR testing – ranging from tabletop exercises, full scale failover, and restoration tests.
  • Ability to mentor and guide Senior and mid-level analysts in BIA execution, risk assessment, and cross-functional communication.
  • Hold at least one foundational industry certification in disaster recovery, business continuity, or security (CISSP, CISA, CRISC).
