Customer Training Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Customer Training Manager educates customers through pre-recorded videos that are distributed across various digital platforms and social channels while also answering customers' DIY questions via live chat and email.
- This end-to-end position includes scripting, set building, prop procurement, on-camera delivery, and close collaboration with production to ensure content is accurate, polished, and aligned with business goals.
- Success in this role requires adaptability, as priorities and formats often shift to meet evolving customer and business needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- 5+ years of experience in adult learning, training, The Home Depot, corporate education, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners.
- Strong research skills to stay current on products, techniques, and to develop accurate training content.

- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus.
