About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Customer Training Manager educates customers through pre-recorded videos that are distributed across various digital platforms and social channels while also answering customers' DIY questions via live chat and email.
This end-to-end position includes scripting, set building, prop procurement, on-camera delivery, and close collaboration with production to ensure content is accurate, polished, and aligned with business goals.
Success in this role requires adaptability, as priorities and formats often shift to meet evolving customer and business needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
5+ years of experience in adult learning, training, The Home Depot, corporate education, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners.
Strong research skills to stay current on products, techniques, and to develop accurate training content.
