• The Property Quality and Improvement Consultant ~ Claims Quality Solutions (CQS) is responsible for auditing damage estimates across the Property Claim line of business, with a specific focus on building estimates completed by OCRs, Independent Adjusters, Preferred Vendors, and Inside Claim Handlers.
• Add value to our Claim Excellence, Field Operations, and Performance Analytics organizations through accurate, timely audit processes and high‑quality, impactful reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of reinspection reviews, audit processes, and reporting.

• Oversee the enterprise Vulnerability Management Risk Program, ensuring effective governance, prioritization, and risk-based decision-making
