About the role
- Provide empathetic, high-quality customer support via email and other channels
- Learn our product inside out and develop troubleshooting skills
- Spot patterns and surface recurring issues to the team
- Document solutions, update help center content, and share insights with Product
- Take ownership of operational tasks (ticket categorization, tagging, reporting)
- Hybrid role in Budapest with office days Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Requirements
- 1+ years of support or service experience (or transferable skills)
- Excellent written English communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in productivity tools and learning technical systems
- Growth mindset: eager to expand into content, automation, or enablement over time
