About the role
- Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements within the Workbrain system
- Develop and implement enhancements to the Workbrain application
- Collaborate with business analysts and various departments to understand and translate client requirements
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Workbrain applications
- Create and maintain documentation for developed features and solutions
- Participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure high-quality deliverables

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience with Workbrain development and configuration
- Understanding of workforce management principles and processes
- Familiarity with programming languages and tools relevant to Workbrain
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Adept at working collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
