About the role
- Support the success of client engagements by providing overall project leadership and managing day-to-day client relationships
- Advise clients on best approaches to achieve goals; conduct assessments and create change, engagement and communication strategies
- Manage and enable strong team performance through clear expectations, feedback, guidance and support
- Manage projects according to Statement of Work and project budget and meet timelines with high-quality deliverables
- Participate in new business development by identifying opportunities and discussing potential projects with clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (four-year college or technical school) required
- Master’s degree preferred; field of study: communications or marketing
- 5+ years designing complex strategic communication plans
- 5-7 years in communication, marketing or related field
- 5+ years in internal communication
- 3+ years consulting preferred
- Proficient in standard business software and technology platforms
- Ability to learn technology applications quickly
