About the role

  • Support the success of client engagements by providing overall project leadership and managing day-to-day client relationships
  • Advise clients on best approaches to achieve goals; conduct assessments and create change, engagement and communication strategies
  • Manage and enable strong team performance through clear expectations, feedback, guidance and support
  • Manage projects according to Statement of Work and project budget and meet timelines with high-quality deliverables
  • Participate in new business development by identifying opportunities and discussing potential projects with clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (four-year college or technical school) required
  • Master’s degree preferred; field of study: communications or marketing
  • 5+ years designing complex strategic communication plans
  • 5-7 years in communication, marketing or related field
  • 5+ years in internal communication
  • 3+ years consulting preferred
  • Proficient in standard business software and technology platforms
  • Ability to learn technology applications quickly
