About the role
- Support client success through change enablement, communication strategy, execution and communication ecosystem support
- Oversee discrete client projects from start to finish or direct workstreams of larger client engagements
- Provide overall project leadership and direct program or project for a client
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and advise clients on best approaches to achieve goals
- Conduct assessments and create change, engagement and communication strategies
- Manage and enable strong team performance through expectations, feedback, guidance and support
- Manage projects according to Statement of Work and project budget
- Meet timelines with high-quality deliverables
- Participate in new business development by identifying opportunities and discussing potential projects with clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (four-year college or technical school) required
- Master’s degree preferred; field of study: communications or marketing
- 5+ years designing complex strategic communication plans
- 5-7 years in communication, marketing or related field
- 5+ years in internal communication
- 3+ years consulting preferred
- Experience managing a communication or engagement team within large, complex organizations
- Experience developing and executing strategic communication and engagement plans
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships and lead teams
- Proficient in standard business software and technology platforms
- Ability to learn technology applications quickly
- Eligible to work in the United States; employer cannot sponsor visas
