• Document solutions, update help center content, and share insights with Product
• Take ownership of operational tasks (ticket categorization, tagging, reporting)
• Hybrid role in Budapest with office days Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

Artificial Intelligence

• Handle tickets to understand user needs and workflows.
• Design and deploy AI-driven solutions to improve resolution speed and quality.
• Optimize Help Center usability and discoverability.
• Track and analyze performance metrics for automation and AI touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to embed AI into user flows.
• Maintain chatbot/AI documentation, QA processes, and dashboards.
