About the role
- Support development of innovative go-to-market models including strategic and financial analysis and executive-level presentations
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and manage matrix workgroups to advance priority strategic initiatives
- Advance enterprise enablers such as development and evolution of cross-business CRM
- Accelerate cross-sell efforts by coordinating pre-call plans, facilitating pull-through, and serving as subject matter expert
- Drive escalation of client-specific issues internally to resolution
- Lead synergy coordination and tracking for key strategic investments, including forecasting and team submissions
- Prep and facilitate executive-level readouts to track outcomes relative to business case
- Work closely with business and executive stakeholders with emphasis on specialty pharmacy lines of business and cross-functional partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, product strategy, finance, and/or business development
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proven ability to convey complex information in an accessible executive-ready manner
- Independent thinker with capacity to identify and implement innovative solutions
- Skilled in fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing relationships
- Outstanding communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills
- Strong expertise in business acumen, particularly in pharmacy, PBM or care delivery business models
- Self-motivated, performs well under pressure, adept at multitasking and prioritizing
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; MBA preferred
- If working at home occasionally or permanently, internet through cable broadband or fiber optic with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
