Requirements
- An attitude of “I will over IQ” together with a drive for growth
- Transferable skills from customer service, sales, hospitality, or similar roles
- A proactive, professional, and customer-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A team player who can also thrive independently
- No prior experience in insurance required; comprehensive training provided
- Successful candidates will undergo employment checks (employment, address, credit history) and a standard criminal record check
