• Deal with performance issues for the team
• Responsible for the setting of personal training plans and carrying out appraisals for your direct reports
• Provide a quality service to existing clients covering all aspects of their insurance arrangements
• Deal with new business, mid-term adjustments and renewals in the relevant markets

Broking Services Manager

• Participate in all Private Client functions – with main focus on New Business but also participating in renewal issue, midterm client queries and working on a shared basis with the team.
• Ensure agreed processes are followed in all matters
• Manage aged debt and premium collection
• Provide a concierge service and seek to deliver an elevated customer experience at every touchpoint
