• Work across all Personal Lines departments securing renewals, processing amendments, cross selling and up selling across all product lines

• Combination of listening to telesales-based calls and reviewing file-based audits and providing feedback to the Customer Handlers and Team Leader.
• All findings are input into an automated Quality Assurance system.
• Look into and investigate appeals that arise from audits.
• Report on any frequent or reoccurring issues.
• Complete calibrations with other Quality Assurance colleagues.

Analyst

• This exciting hybrid opportunity has arisen to join one of our Finance teams in Leeds to address and resolve Legacy items across a wide range of work-streams but specific to a system shut down project.
• You will work with other branches, insurers and finance personnel for the clearance of debtor, creditor, DTI, bank reconciliation and unallocated cash items enabling the closure of the PAS and related bank accounts.
• Collaborating with your Line Manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following and more: Understand key processes across the IBA Operations function in order to support multiple work streams, including but not limited to: Client Cash receipt and allocation (Client and Agent Level) Insurer Receipts allocation Insurer Settlement / Reconciliation Payment Processes Understanding of Bank Reconciliation Direct to Insurer Internal Debt Credit Write Backs Office Account Transfer Systems Runoffs Claims Reconciliations
• Be able to work all aspects of PAS processing (as training and licenses permit).

This exciting remote based opportunity has arisen to join our growing Bravo Network Operations & Risk Team.
You will manage the day to day activities of the Agency & Membership team who in turn are providing operational support to our Bravo Network members.
Collaborating with your line manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following: Support leadership by being flexible to developments, new tasks and additional allocated project work.
