General

• Assessors play a key role in the production of Desktop Rebuild Cost Assessment Reports for our clients.
• They are led by our Chartered Surveyor (RICS) team in producing an industry trusted assessment of building rebuild costs.
• Our Assessors are trained in-house to become highly skilled in online property searches using an array of internet-based tools as well as bespoke internal systems.
• They produce reports for our clients providing a full breakdown of calculations, building measurements, pictures, and maps.

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of your team

Finance Operations – Fixed-Term Contract

Business Intelligence Developer

• Build and maintain Power BI semantic models with a strong focus on star schema, snowflake schema, and dimensional modelling.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Develop complex DAX measures and calculated columns to support advanced analytics and business logic.
• Build and optimize SQL transformations within a medallion architecture (bronze, silver, gold layers).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across platforms.
• Familiarity with the latest advancements in Power BI such as deployment pipelines, dataflows, composite models, DirectQuery vs Import modes, and integration with Microsoft Fabric.
• Prepare high-quality management information and present recommendations for implementation/business decisions within strict timelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure that data is interpreted and validated correctly and work with them to refine data outputs.
• Develop an understanding of the business and its operations to determine relevant insights for various business stakeholders.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric components (Azure Data Factory, Lakehouse, OneLake, Notebooks, Pipelines).
