About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of your team
  • Support Team Director in maintaining overall responsibility for business
  • Manage administration for the broking team (holidays, sickness, absence)
  • Establish recruitment needs and oversee training procedures
  • Deal with performance issues quickly and appropriately
  • Set personal training plans and conduct appraisals for direct reports
  • Provide a quality service to existing clients on all insurance aspects
  • Deal with new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewals
  • Handle enquiries promptly, referring to the appropriate person if necessary.
