About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help shape and deliver marketing campaigns that strengthen the Arachas brand
Work closely with teams across the business to support commercial goals
Ensure marketing activity aligns with wider business priorities
Build cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners and agencies
Design and manage assets for external brand activities in line with Arachas brand guidelines
Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and advertising materials
Support Arachas with events – both internal and external, handling logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up
Track and report on social media metrics and campaign performance
Ensuring all content is compliant with company standards and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2 years previous experience in marketing in a business environment
Strong attention to detail
Team Player
Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to and embrace change
Able to prioritise workloads and adapt as needed
Previous experience with an email marketing platform e.g. Mailchimp – preferred
Previous experience using video editing software – preferred
Proficient in Design software e.g. Canva
Full Clean Drivers Licence
