About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the monthly settlements of Insurer statements.
Lease with Insurers to resolve account queries.
Have all Insurer payment and account queries finalised by month end.
Complete your Performance Reviews and Day Force Learning modules in a timely manner.
Participate in training requirements for your role.
Attend weekly team meetings.
Work to maintain good team morale.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of Open I and Relay preferred.
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and ability to learn.
Proficient in Excel.
Possess a can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to and embrace change.
Have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
The ability to prioritise workloads and adapt to unforeseen events.
