About the role

  • Advise finance professionals from middle management through the C-suite
  • Customize Datarails platform and train customers on product updates
  • Understand client situations, simplify models and existing data
  • Create detailed business analysis outlining problems, opportunities and solutions
  • Manage, interpret, and validate customer-produced data
  • Provide recommendations for process changes to optimize procedures
  • Build long term strategic relationships, gather requirements, and support financial reporting

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or similar customer-facing role
  • Finance or accounting background
  • Deep knowledge and solid experience in advanced Excel functions (formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Table, Power Query and complex models)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with upselling and renewal conversations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
