About the role
- Advise finance professionals from middle management through the C-suite on FP&A best practices
- Customize customers' Datarails platform and train them on product updates
- Understand client situations and simplify models and existing data
- Create detailed business analysis outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions (budgeting, forecasting, planning, financial modeling, reporting)
- Manage, interpret, and validate customer-produced data, focusing on improving quality of customer care
- Provide recommendations for process changes to optimize procedures and maximize outcomes
- Build long-term strategic relationships, gather requirements, and provide financial reporting support
- Participate in upselling and renewal conversations as part of customer success
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or similar customer-facing role
- Finance or accounting background
- Deep knowledge and solid experience in advanced Excel functions (formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Table, Power Query and complex models)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to engage with CFOs, VPs and Directors of Finance
- Comfortable with upselling and renewal conversations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must be based in the UK (100% remote-based anywhere in the UK)
