About the role
- Serve as primary relationship owner for high-value clients, building trusted partnerships through strategic guidance, transparency, and proactive communication
- Lead design and execution of sophisticated omnichannel campaigns leveraging platform capabilities and data-driven insights
- Translate complex goals into actionable media strategies that maximize ROI and efficiency
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance data; identify trends, opportunities, and risks; deliver advanced recommendations and insights
- Partner with Programmatic Traders, Product, and Engineering to troubleshoot issues, advocate for feature enhancements, and ensure seamless campaign execution
- Mentor Account Managers, lead strategic engagements, and contribute to team development and best practices
- Represent IQVIA Digital in executive-level client conversations, QBRs, and industry events; act as a trusted advisor on ad tech trends and best practices
- Drive client success, retention, and growth across IQVIA’s Media Operating System
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; background in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in digital media, programmatic advertising, or ad tech
- At least 3 years in a senior client-facing or account management role
- Proven experience leading strategic client engagements and growing a book of business against revenue targets
- Deep expertise in building and optimizing omnichannel digital campaigns using platform insights and data
- Comfortable serving as the strategic point of contact for clients, agencies, and publishers
- Demonstrated leadership in programmatic strategy development and implementation; experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Prior experience working with healthcare clients or within regulated industries strongly preferred
- Skilled at engaging with trading teams and navigating platforms to align execution with strategic goals
- Knowledge of paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook preferred
- Familiarity with ad serving platforms (Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, etc.) preferred
- Understanding of agency and/or publisher media planning process, including how programmatic fits alongside social, email, and TV
- Able to prioritize work based on strategic value and self-manage across multiple projects
- Strong analytical skills to draw insights from large datasets and translate them into business solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Passion for working in a space that sits at the intersection of healthcare and technology
