💰 £65,000 - £70,000 per year
About the role
- Lead, Motivate & Develop: Take ownership of team performance, setting clear targets and expectations through daily briefs, visual performance tracking, and regular feedback.
- Performance Management: Identify underperformance early and implement tailored coaching plans, including structured 1:1s, development goals, and follow-up actions to drive improvement.
- Quality & Compliance Oversight: Monitor QA scores, cancellations, and complaints, proactively addressing issues to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance.
- Operational Leadership : Manage holiday approvals, shift swaps, and absences in line with HR policies, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Data Accuracy & Lead Management: Ensure all client data is handled securely and accurately, with leads managed efficiently to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Play an active role in recruitment activities, including interviews, assessment days, and onboarding to build a strong, capable team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading sales teams within a regulated environment
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of developing talent
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Confidence in managing performance metrics and compliance standards
