About the role
- Supervise and develop branch administrative staff; train and support for optimal performance
- Act as main point of contact for HQ communications, including billing and payroll audits
- Train branch staff on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Conduct client intakes, assessments, care planning, and ongoing supervision as needed
- Assist staffing supervisors with scheduling caregivers with clients
- Perform periodic quality audits to ensure thorough documentation and follow-up
- Work with office staff to address escalated client or caregiver issues and promote satisfaction
- Align marketing strategies with branch capacity and goals and participate in community marketing efforts
- Oversee branch operations that run 24/7, requiring occasional evenings, weekends, and visits to client homes or partner facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or extensive industry and management experience)
- 2-5 years of managing a team of 5 or more individuals
- Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in home care and/or healthcare setting (preferred)
- Healthcare management degree (helpful)
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to drive for community marketing efforts (occasional)
