Marketing Assistant role for Parametrix in Puget Sound Region; hybrid work arrangement (Puyallup or Seattle office) with remote capability and at least two days in office
Provide administrative and production support for a busy marketing team of eleven; update and maintain marketing databases; assist with preparation and production of marketing documents, proposals, statements of qualifications, annual rosters, and presentation materials
Track and coordinate marketing costs and efforts; support marketing-related meetings (scheduling, logistics, and follow-up documentation)
You Have: A bachelor’s degree; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience; proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; InDesign experience strongly preferred; previous A/E/C marketing experience preferred; strong organizational skills
Compensation: Base salary in range $24-28/hour; bonuses and pay equity considerations; comprehensive benefits
Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe InDesign strongly preferred
Previous A/E/C marketing experience preferred
